Privacy notice

When you request a clean, Commercial Canopy Cleaning collects your name, phone number, venue name, suburb, preferred date and time window, selected service, and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use your details

We use these details to call you about your request, prepare a quote, confirm availability and manage your booking. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include sensitive information in your notes.

Storage and notifications

Booking records are stored with Google Cloud when this website is in production. A notification containing your booking details is sent to the business administrator using Resend. These providers process the information to operate the booking service, and processing may occur outside Australia.

Access and requests

Booking details are available to the business administrator through a protected dashboard. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, raise it during your callback, or submit a request with your privacy enquiry in the notes. Records are retained while needed to manage your enquiry or service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Essential security

We use an essential session cookie for administrator login. Booking submissions do not require an account or visitor cookies. A hashed network identifier is temporarily stored to limit spam and repeated submissions.
